Hague Apostille from the Supreme Court of Seychelles
The Apostille, also known as Hague Apostille is a form of certification in international document traffic. It is used in legal transactions between the member states of the multilateral Hague Convention No 12 on the exemption of foreign public documents from legalisation. It certifies the authenticity of the signature, the capacity in which the signatory has acted and, where appropriate, the authenticity of the seal or stamp affixed to the document (Article 3 of the Convention).
If the document is written in a language other than English or French, a translation must be attached.
All documents must be additionally notarized in the Seychelles beforehand, unless they are original documents issued by the Seychelles. Thus, all documents then have a certification and an apostille.
The processing takes about 3 working days.
We then send worldwide, optionally by DHL Express Courier the originals to you.
If you only need a scan there are no additional costs, we create a PDF and send it by email.
