How quickly can we register a Seychelles Offshore IBC?

We can create a new IBC the Seychelles usually register within 24 hours, especially if you tell us from the beginning that it is very urgent. It helps if the offshore company you want has only standard features (no special adjustments to documents) and an ordinary name. We handle everything on an urgency basis, but we can occasionally match an order more closely with the registry.

However, please note that there may be slowdowns in the registry that are beyond our control, but fortunately these are very rare. Even if you use the Certification of documents (certification, Apostille etc.), it takes a little longer to get the documents back.

Upon receipt of the Articles of Incorporation, Certificate of Incorporation (COI) and Registered Memorandum and Articles of Association, we can scan high quality PDF documents for you and email them to you in advance. Personal delivery by DHL Express courier, to most locations worldwide, takes approximately 3 to 7 days.
