What information do you need about the planned business and activities?

We require information on the specific business and activities that the prospective Seychelles IBC (offshore company) will undertake in order to provide guidance as to whether or not it is legal and whether or not it is permitted under the Laws and regulations of Seychelles is allowed or not. For most company formations, a brief one or two sentence statement would suffice.

We also need to know the countries and regions where the offshore company will be operating to ensure that sanctioned countries or countries deemed high risk by the Seychelles authorities are not part of your business. We also ask for a brief explanation of the source of funds to set up an IBC and make it work.

A typical statement might go like this:

"The company will trade and also provide consulting services in mining and industrial equipment. The target countries are Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. The source of funds will be the personal savings of the beneficial owner (UBO)."
