Yes, an IBC can have its own offices in the Seychelles.

The statement that they only rent their own offices, but only for the purpose of making or maintaining professional contacts with lawyers, accountants, trust companies, management companies, investment advisers or other similar persons doing business in Seychelles, or to make or keep books and records relating to the company in Seychelles, is no longer current.
