Do we have to travel to the Seychelles to form an IBC?

No. Although we are always happy to meet our clients, you do not have to travel to the Seychelles to set up an IBC. You can place the order through our online shop and then email all the necessary information to set up the IBC.

Any documents we are required to submit at registration do not require your signature - we can sign these documents as a Nominee Director, for example, and your names will not appear in the public record.
