Hague Apostille

Hague Apostille from the Supreme Court of the Seychelles

Hague Apostille

The apostille, also known as Hague Apostille is a form of authentication in international document traffic. It is used in legal relations between the member states of the multilateral Hague Convention No. 12 on the Exemption of Foreign Public Documents from Legalisation. It certifies the authenticity of the signature, the capacity in which the signatory has acted and, where appropriate, the authenticity of the seal or stamp affixed to the document (Article 3 of the Convention).

We can have any document provided with an apostille from the Supreme Court of the Seychelles.
If the document is written in a language other than English or French, a translation must be attached.
All documents must first be additionally certified by a notary public in Seychelles, unless they are original documents issued by Seychelles. Thus all documents then have a notarisation and an apostille.

The processing takes about 3 working days.

Afterwards we send worldwide, optionally by DHL Express Courier the originals to you.

If you only need one scan, there are no additional costs, we create a PDF and send it by email.
