The bearer share is a share certificate that is not issued to the bearer.
What is a bearer share?
bearer share, means a share represented by a certificate which:
- does not record the name of the owner, and
- states that the holder of the certificate is the owner of the share;
The bearer share is also referred to as a bearer share.
Bearer shares have not been issued in Seychelles since 16 December 2013.
