\u00e4r det f\u00f6r fel med att st\u00e5 p\u00e5 EU:s svarta lista?<\/h3><div class=\"special-heading-border\"><div class=\"special-heading-inner-border\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><br \/>\n<section itemprop=\"text\" ><div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>F\u00f6r det f\u00f6rsta finns det <strong>NO<\/strong> svarta listan i EU, men formuleringen \u00e4r ganska:<br \/>\n\"Den 18 februari 2020 reviderade EU sin lista \u00f6ver icke-samarbetsvilliga jurisdiktioner f\u00f6r skatte\u00e4ndam\u00e5l.\"<\/p>\n<p>Med andra ord, en f\u00f6rteckning \u00f6ver icke samarbetsvilliga l\u00e4nder enligt EU:s definition av skatteskadliga f\u00f6retagsformer.<\/p>\n<p>Ur en grundares synvinkel \u00e4r detta dock en ganska stor f\u00f6rdel, eftersom det inneb\u00e4r att Seychellerna inte kommer att backa och ge information om offshore IBC-bildningar till EU och dess medlemsstater.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r Seychellerna \u00e4r det dessutom ganska osannolikt att de g\u00e5r med p\u00e5 EU:s krav eller att informationsutbytet sker i enlighet med EU:s krav.<br \/>\nDet \u00e4r viktigt att notera att Seychellernas konstitution f\u00f6reskriver r\u00e4tten att inte tillhandah\u00e5lla eller avsl\u00f6ja uppgifter och information till tredje part.<br \/>\nEnligt \"Las Vegas-mottot\" g\u00e4ller att det som finns i Seychellerna stannar i Seychellerna.<br \/>\nDet \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r f\u00f6rbjudet enligt lag och under p\u00e5f\u00f6ljd att \u00f6verf\u00f6ra uppgifter till tredje part.<\/p>\n<p>Den enda m\u00f6jlighet som Seychellerna ocks\u00e5 har g\u00e5tt med p\u00e5 \u00e4r \u00f6verl\u00e4mnande av uppgifter n\u00e4r det r\u00f6r sig om verkliga, grova brott, dvs. finansiering av terrorism, vapenhandel och narkotika. Under alla \u00e5r som Seychellerna har funnits med p\u00e5 deras lista har de f\u00f6rblivit d\u00e4r. Inga sanktioner, inga restriktioner, ingenting har h\u00e4nt.<br \/>\nDet g\u00e5r inte, eftersom Seychellerna \u00e4r mycket sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndiga och det finns inga avtal mellan EU och Seychellerna.<br \/>\nDet finns inte heller n\u00e5gon offshore-bank i Seychellerna d\u00e4r penningfl\u00f6den kan f\u00f6rhindras, blockeras eller avvisas. F\u00f6ljaktligen sker inget informationsutbyte h\u00e4r heller.<br \/>\nDessutom finns det inga personligheter i Seychellerna som man skulle kunna ut\u00f6va p\u00e5tryckningar p\u00e5 genom personliga sanktioner, vilket ofta sker i t.ex. Det cirkulerar rykten om att detta kan vara en sanktion fr\u00e5n EU och dess medlemsl\u00e4nder, eller deras skattemyndigheter och skattekontor, och att fakturor som utf\u00e4rdats av f\u00f6retag fr\u00e5n Seychellerna till f\u00f6retag i EU helt enkelt inte accepteras. S\u00e5 att man inte kan anv\u00e4nda dessa f\u00f6r skatte\u00e4ndam\u00e5l, \u00e5rsbokslut etc. och l\u00e5ta dem krediteras.<br \/>\nDet st\u00e4mmer inte!<br \/>\nEndast OECD \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r s\u00e5dana eventuella \u00e5tg\u00e4rder, och Seychellerna finns inte alls p\u00e5 n\u00e5gon s\u00e5dan \"svart lista\" hos OECD.<\/p>\n<p>Detta \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r bara en spelning p\u00e5 r\u00e4dsla, och det finns inga fall d\u00e4r en faktura som uppfyller kraven och som faktiskt inneh\u00e5ller varor eller tj\u00e4nster fr\u00e5n Seychellerna inte har godk\u00e4nts av de europeiska skattemyndigheterna.<br \/>\nDet kan ha f\u00f6rekommit enstaka fall d\u00e4r man t.ex. spelat med \u00f6verdrivna prisber\u00e4kningar, dvs. att man p\u00e5 fakturor angett omotiverade, trov\u00e4rdiga priser f\u00f6r tj\u00e4nster som inte var logiska eller f\u00f6renliga, j\u00e4mf\u00f6rbara med europeiska priser och som ledde till att de inte accepterades av skattekontoren.<\/p>\n<p>En faktura som utf\u00e4rdats i Seychellerna \u00e4r avdragsgill, kan f\u00f6ras in och anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r skatte\u00e4ndam\u00e5l utan problem.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t d\u00e4rf\u00f6r inte de negativa tolkningarna av en svart lista imponera p\u00e5 dig och avskr\u00e4cka dig fr\u00e5n dina planer.<br \/>\nS\u00e4rskilt \u00e5r 2020 har visat att det \u00e4r bra och mycket riktigt att s\u00e5 snart som m\u00f6jligt etablera sig internationellt med ett IBC (International Business Company) fr\u00e5n Seychellerna f\u00f6r att sj\u00e4lv forma framtiden, som kommer
