i Seychellerna ska l\u00e4mna in en f\u00f6rteckning \u00f6ver styrelseledam\u00f6ter. De hade fram till den 1 december 2018 p\u00e5 sig att uppfylla kraven.  F\u00f6rteckningen \u00f6ver styrelseledam\u00f6ter skulle sedan vara tillg\u00e4nglig f\u00f6r allm\u00e4nheten.<\/p>\n<p>Dessutom kr\u00e4vs enligt en annan underavdelning i avsnitt 152 ocks\u00e5 ett privat register, endast f\u00f6r officiellt bruk, med en f\u00f6rteckning \u00f6ver den eller de verkliga \u00e4garna. Seychellernas regering var till en b\u00f6rjan inte imponerad av inv\u00e4ndningarna och p\u00e5pekade att ett offentligt register \u00f6ver f\u00f6retags\u00e4gande snabbt skulle bli ett lagstadgat krav i alla jurisdiktioner v\u00e4rlden \u00f6ver. Detta \u00e4r dock fortfarande inte fallet och endast ett begr\u00e4nsat antal jurisdiktioner har inf\u00f6rt denna \u00e5tg\u00e4rd.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att Seychellerna ska kunna forts\u00e4tta att ha en stark, obegr\u00e4nsad offshore finanssektor som alla grundare och verkliga \u00e4gare kan lita p\u00e5 m\u00e5ste denna \u00e4ndring f\u00f6rhindras. Detta f\u00f6r att forts\u00e4tta att skydda sekretessen f\u00f6r offshoref\u00f6retag som \u00e4r registrerade i Seychellerna.<\/p>\n<p>Internationella f\u00f6retag som \u00e4r registrerade i Seychellerna \u00e4r dock fortfarande skyldiga enligt lag att f\u00f6ra ett register \u00f6ver sina styrelseledam\u00f6ter, men p\u00e5 det registrerade kontoret och l\u00e4mna in en kopia till registret.<\/p>\n<p>Den tidigare best\u00e4mmelsen om att uppgifterna i registret \u00f6ver styrelseledam\u00f6ter skulle vara tillg\u00e4ngliga f\u00f6r allm\u00e4nheten har tagits
