kan tekenen voor het bedrijf?<\/h2>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Gewoonlijk worden de inschrijvingsrechten of inschrijvingsbevoegdheden van de offshore-vennootschap van de Seychellen uiteengezet in de oprichtingsdocumenten, de akte van oprichting en de statuten van de IBC-vennootschap. Gewoonlijk tekenen de bestuurders, maar het is niet ongewoon dat aandeelhouders enige inschrijvingsrechten krijgen (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/offshore.sc\/nl\/blog\/power-of-attorney-poa\/\">POA<\/a><\/strong>) worden toegekend, met name bij transacties van grote waarde, wijzigingen in de statuten van de vennootschap en andere zeer belangrijke gebeurtenissen van de vennootschap.<\/p>\n<p>Iedereen kan ook als ondertekenaar van een bankrekening worden aangewezen door de uiteindelijke begunstigde, ook wel UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) genoemd. Bankondertekenaars hoeven geen directeuren of aandeelhouders te zijn. Een volmacht, of POA, kan ook worden gegeven aan een persoon die geen directeur is om namens de vennootschap te tekenen.<\/p>\n<p>Meer en nadere informatie vindt u in onze <strong><a
