een IBC op de Seychellen belastingen betalen?<\/h2>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Een IBC is niet belastbaar op de Seychellen, er is dus GEEN belasting op een IBC op de Seychellen. Afdeling 109 van de Seychellen <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/offshore.sc\/nl\/ibc-act-2018\/\">Wet Internationale Ondernemingen<\/a><\/strong> (\"Vrijstellingen\") bepaalt dat \"Een vennootschap die overeenkomstig deze wet is opgericht, of een aandeelhouder daarvan, is niet onderworpen aan enige belasting of enig recht op inkomsten of winsten die toekomen aan of voortkomen uit die vennootschap of in verband met enige transactie waarbij die vennootschap of aandeelhouder partij is\".<\/p>\n<p>Afhankelijk van de specifieke activiteiten van de IBC kan het zijn dat zij in andere landen belasting moet betalen.
