een IBC?<\/h2>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Een International Business Company (IBC) is een rechtspersoon die geen hoofdbedrijfsactiviteit mag hebben in het land waar hij zijn statutaire zetel heeft. Zij moet zich in de eerste plaats bezighouden met \"internationale zaken\" in plaats van binnenlandse zaken. Het is gewoonlijk een niet-belaste vennootschap, die ook geen jaarrekeningen en jaaraangiften hoeft in te dienen.<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer men het heeft over een offshore bedrijf of vennootschap, bedoelt men gewoonlijk een IBC. IBC's zijn gewoonlijk gevestigd in een offshore financieel centrum dat \"uit de kust\" ligt van waar de eigenaars zich bevinden. De IBC opereert dan ook \"offshore\", d.w.z. in andere rechtsgebieden dan die waar de IBC haar zetel heeft.<\/p>\n<p>Een serie van <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/offshore.sc\/nl\/glossarium\/wat-bedoel-je-met-een-jurisdictie\/\">Rechtsgebieden<\/a><\/strong> IBC's aanbieden en weinig verschillen tussen deze rechtsgebieden. De meeste omvatten vrijstelling van de lokale vennootschapsbelasting en omzetbelasting, op voorwaarde dat de vennootschap geen lokale activiteiten uitoefent (jaarlijkse agentkosten en registratierechten van de staat bedragen gewoonlijk een paar honderd euro per jaar), handhaving van de vertrouwelijkheid van de uiteindelijke begunstigde van de vennootschap, ruime bevoegdheden voor de vennootschap om diverse ondernemingen en activiteiten uit te oefenen, een verminderde vereiste om het voordeel van de vennootschap aan te tonen, geen vereiste om lokale bestuurders of functionarissen te benoemen, en een vereiste voor een lokale geregistreerde agent om een statutaire zetel te hebben.<\/p>\n<p>De voordelen van het ene rechtsgebied ten opzichte van het andere hebben voornamelijk betrekking op de prijs, de beschikbaarheid van namen, de bekendheid, en de snelheid van de oprichting en de orderverwerking.<\/p>\n<p>Meer en nadere informatie vindt u in onze <a
