gepubliceerd over de publicatie van gegevens van bestuurders of aandeelhouders.<\/p>\n<p>Wij hebben dit vandaag aangegrepen om te vragen om een concrete verklaring van de FSA op de Seychellen.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>De verklaring van de FSA Seychellen vertaald:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>\"Het certificaat van goede reputatie bevat niet de hieronder vermelde informatie. A <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/offshore.sc\/nl\/product\/certificate-of-official-search-coos\/\">Certificaat voor het zoeken van een bedrijf<\/a><\/strong> zal u de gegevens van de statutaire zetel bezorgen. De informatie over bestuurders is niet bij wet beschikbaar en is niet openbaar. Aandeelhoudersinformatie is alleen beschikbaar als de onderneming ervoor heeft gekozen haar ledenregister bij de FSA in te dienen, aangezien dit niet verplicht is.\"<\/em><\/p>\n<p>U kunt hier ook een screenshot zien van de oorspronkelijke mededeling van de FSA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wij zouden het op prijs stellen als u deze informatie, over het NIET publiceren van de gegevens van de directeur of aandeelhouder, als correctie, zou willen delen op sociale media, forums en groepen over het onderwerp offshore en IBC op de Seychellen.
