is er verkeerd aan om op een zwarte lijst van de EU te staan?<\/h3><div class=\"special-heading-border\"><div class=\"special-heading-inner-border\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-jvl2075a-6e4ae5340fe0a2148cb3c2be85fcda2e'   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Ten eerste, er is <strong>NO<\/strong> zwarte lijst in de EU, is de formulering nogal:<br \/>\n\"Op 18 februari 2020 heeft de EU haar lijst van niet-co\u00f6peratieve jurisdicties voor belastingdoeleinden herzien.\"<\/p>\n<p>Met andere woorden, een lijst van niet-co\u00f6peratieve landen zoals door de EU gedefinieerd voor fiscaal schadelijke ondernemingsvormen.<\/p>\n<p>Vanuit het oogpunt van een oprichter is dit echter eerder een groot voordeel, omdat het impliceert dat de Seychellen niet zullen terugkrabbelen en informatie over offshore IBC-formaties aan de EU en haar lidstaten zullen verstrekken.<\/p>\n<p>Voor de Seychellen is het bovendien weinig waarschijnlijk dat zij zullen instemmen met de EU-vereisten of dat zij de informatie-uitwisseling in overeenstemming met de EU zullen presenteren.<br \/>\nEr zij op gewezen dat de grondwet van de Seychellen voorziet in het recht om gegevens en informatie niet aan derden te verstrekken of bekend te maken.<br \/>\nVolgens het Las Vegas motto, wat op de Seychellen is, blijft op de Seychellen.<br \/>\nHet is derhalve bij wet en op straffe van sancties verboden gegevens aan derden door te geven.<\/p>\n<p>De enige mogelijkheid waarmee de Seychellen ook hebben ingestemd is de overdracht van gegevens wanneer het gaat om echte, belangrijke misdrijven, expliciet, - financiering van terrorisme, wapenhandel, drugs. Dus als het witwassen van geld wordt gebruikt om te proberen deze dingen uit te voeren.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-av_heading-5408290995818558aea5f38b79d021bf\">\n#top .av-special-heading.av-av_heading-5408290995818558aea5f38b79d021bf{\npadding-bottom:30px;\n}\nbody .av-special-heading.av-av_heading-5408290995818558aea5f38b79d021bf .av-special-heading-tag .heading-char{\nfont-size:25px;\n}\n.av-special-heading.av-av_heading-5408290995818558aea5f38b79d021bf .av-subheading{\nfont-size:15px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div  class='av-special-heading av-av_heading-5408290995818558aea5f38b79d021bf av-special-heading-h3  avia-builder-el-8  el_after_av_textblock  el_before_av_textblock'><h3 class='av-special-heading-tag'  itemprop=\"headline\"  >Wat kan de EU concreet doen met haar lijst tegen de Seychellen?<\/h3><div class=\"special-heading-border\"><div class=\"special-heading-inner-border\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-jvl1zla0-27e4f37cb59f95c930413a496bc46db7'   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Niets. In al de jaren dat de Seychellen op hun lijst hebben gestaan, is dat zo gebleven. Geen sancties, geen beperkingen, er is niets gebeurd.<br \/>\nDat kan niet, want de Seychellen zijn zeer onafhankelijk, er zijn geen overeenkomsten tussen de EU en de Seychellen.<br \/>\nEr is ook geen offshore bank op de Seychellen waar geldstromen zouden kunnen worden voorkomen, geblokkeerd of geweigerd. Er doen geruchten de ronde dat dit een sanctie zou kunnen zijn van de EU en haar lidstaten, of van hun belastingautoriteiten en belastingkantoren, facturen die door bedrijven uit de Seychellen aan bedrijven in de EU worden uitgereikt, worden gewoon niet aanvaard. Zodat men deze niet zou kunnen gebruiken voor de belasting, de jaarrekening enz. en ze zou laten bijschrijven.<br \/>\nDat is niet juist!<br \/>\nAlleen de OESO is beslissend voor dergelijke eventuele maatregelen en de Seychellen staan bij de OESO geenszins op een dergelijke \"zwarte lijst\".<\/p>\n<p>Dit is dus slechts spelen op angst en er zijn geen gevallen bekend waarin een conforme factuur waarop daadwerkelijk goederen of diensten uit de Seychellen zijn vermeld, door de Europese belastingautoriteiten niet is aanvaard.<br \/>\nEr kunnen zich individuele gevallen hebben voorgedaan waarin bijvoorbeeld met overdreven prijsberekeningen is gespeeld, d.w.z. dat op facturen ongerechtvaardigde, geloofwaardige prijzen voor diensten werden vermeld die niet logisch of verenigbaar waren, vergelijkbaar met de Europese prijzen en ertoe hebben geleid dat zij door de belastingkantoren niet werden aanvaard.<\/p>\n<p>Een op de Seychellen uitgereikte factuur die aan de voorschriften voldoet, is aftrekbaar en kan zonder problemen worden binnengebracht en voor belastingdoeleinden worden gebruikt.<\/p>\n<p>Laat u dus niet imponeren door de negatieve interpretaties van een zwarte lijst en laat u niet afbrengen van uw plannen.<br \/>\nVooral het jaar 2020 heeft aangetoond dat het goed en zeer juist is om zo snel mogelijk internationaal met een IBC (International Business Company) van de Seychellen op te richten, om de toekomst, die meer geglobaliseerd zal zijn dan voorheen, voor zichzelf opnieuw vorm te geven.<\/p>\n<p>Als u wilt weten hoe u een offshore IBC-vennootschap op de Seychellen opricht, wat vereist is, wat inbegrepen is en wat de voordelen van dit alles zijn, ga dan hierheen:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<div  class='avia-button-wrap
