itemprop=\"text\" ><div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>De volgende constellatie is perfect van toepassing op het centrum van het leven in Europa en ook buiten de EU. Ook digitale nomaden, reizigers zonder vaste verblijfplaats of levenscentrum, profiteren van deze oplossing.<br \/>\nDaartoe zou het raadzaam zijn eerst in Canada een LLP op te richten, waarin een vennootschap met vrijstelling van belasting (offshore), zoals op de Seychellen, 80% van de aandelen bezit en de oprichter persoonlijk slechts 20%. Dit betekent dat de oprichter zelf als uiteindelijke gerechtigde niet langer onderworpen is aan openbaarmakings- en rapportageverplichtingen.<br \/>\nDe <span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #333399;\" href=\"https:\/\/new.offshore.sc\/de\/shop\/seychellen-offshore-firma\/\">Seychelles Offshore Limited<\/a><\/strong><\/span> wordt dan, zo nodig, met een fiduciair directeur en, zo nodig, ook met een fiduciair aandeelhouder vastgesteld.<\/p>\n<p>Op grond hiervan is het nuttig gebleken een andere Ltd in het VK op te richten, die een overeenkomst inzake winstoverdracht heeft met de Canadese houdstermaatschappij.<\/p>\n<p>De b.v. FBA in Europa evenals banken, bankdienst (stripe, paypal enz.) registreert men met de UK Ltd in UK en de FBA en bankrekening in USA met de Canada LLP.<br \/>\nU moet er ook voor zorgen dat u voor Europa uw FBA alleen in het VK opslaat en in geen geval ook nog ergens anders, binnen de EU.<br \/>\nBelastingnummer, evenals USt-Id, ook EORI net als bij de UK Ltd van toepassing, dus dit kan ook worden gebruikt als douaneaangifte van de Europese invoer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-2yy0dk-7d251adae7160a0209bd99905e37fab7\">\n.flex_column.av-2yy0dk-7d251adae7160a0209bd99905e37fab7{\nborder-radius:0px 0px 0px 0px;\npadding:0px 0px 0px 0px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div  class='flex_column av-2yy0dk-7d251adae7160a0209bd99905e37fab7 av_one_half  avia-builder-el-8  el_after_av_one_half  el_before_av_textblock  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding'     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-jvl1zla0-27e4f37cb59f95c930413a496bc46db7'   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Indien u van plan bent zaken te doen in Azi\u00eb (VAE, India, China, Japan, enz.), kunt u ook een Hong Kong Limited oprichten en deze verbinden met de holding, eveneens met een winst- en verliesoverdrachtsovereenkomst, die niet in HK, maar alleen daarbuiten (offshore) werkzaam mag zijn.<\/p>\n<p>De oprichter krijgt een salaris uitbetaald door de Canada Holding, dat vervolgens wordt belast waar hij woont of zijn middelpunt van zijn leven heeft. Ook uitgaven, zoals kantoorhuur, inventaris, enz. worden door de Canada Holding betaald.<\/p>\n<p>In plaats van de UK Ltd wordt ook aanbevolen een vennootschap op te richten in Cyprus, Bulgarije, Estland of Georgi\u00eb, maar dit is duurder en ingewikkelder. In ieder geval is het geen goed idee om de fout te maken een Duitse vennootschap en\/of een LLC van de VS op te richten.<\/p>\n<p>Het is aan te bevelen een jaar vakantie te houden op de Seychellen, om op een gegeven moment de winst van de Canada Holding te willen uitbetalen. Deze tijd wordt gebruikt om een mogelijk noodzakelijke substantie op te bouwen voor de toekomst, voor zijn offshore bedrijf op de Seychellen.<br \/>\nDe loonkosten, nevenkosten en wetten zijn groot, de toekomstige werknemers ter plaatse op de Seychellen zijn meertalig opgegroeid met ten minste 3 talen, en hebben meestal ook een universitair diploma.<\/p>\n<p>Dit is de ideale oplossing voor een
