De persoon die de ander machtigt om te handelen is de volmachtgever of schenker (van de volmacht). De persoon die gemachtigd is om te handelen is de agent, de gevolmachtigde of, in sommige rechtsgebieden van gewoonterecht, de advocaat.<\/p>\n<p>Vroeger werd met de term \"volmacht\" een onder zegel ondertekend document bedoeld, terwijl een \"brief\" een aanwezig document was, dat wil zeggen dat het eenvoudig door de partijen werd ondertekend, maar tegenwoordig hoeft een volmacht niet meer onder zegel te worden ondertekend. In sommige rechtsgebieden moeten volmachten notarieel worden verleden of worden bijgewoond, maar in andere rechtsgebieden is een volmacht alleen geldig als hij door de volmachtgever is ondertekend.<\/p>\n<p>Wij bieden u de volmacht met of zonder <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/offshore.sc\/nl\/winkelen\/gecertificeerde-documenten-door-de-notaris\/\">notari\u00eble certificering<\/a><\/strong> an.
