\u00e9galement donn\u00e9 leur accord est la remise de donn\u00e9es lorsqu'il s'agit de crimes r\u00e9els et majeurs, explicitement, - le financement du terrorisme, le trafic d'armes, les drogues. Pas de sanctions, pas de restrictions, rien ne s'est pass\u00e9.<br \/>\nElle ne peut pas, car les Seychelles sont tr\u00e8s ind\u00e9pendantes, il n'y a pas d'accords entre l'UE et les Seychelles.<br \/>\nIl n'existe pas non plus de banque offshore aux Seychelles o\u00f9 les flux d'argent pourraient \u00eatre emp\u00each\u00e9s, bloqu\u00e9s ou rejet\u00e9s. Des rumeurs circulent selon lesquelles il pourrait s'agir d'une sanction de l'UE et de ses pays membres, ou de leurs autorit\u00e9s fiscales et bureaux des imp\u00f4ts, les factures \u00e9mises par des entreprises des Seychelles \u00e0 destination d'entreprises de l'UE n'\u00e9tant tout simplement pas accept\u00e9es. Ainsi, on ne pourrait pas les utiliser \u00e0 des fins fiscales, pour les comptes annuels, etc. et les laisser \u00eatre cr\u00e9dit\u00e9s.<br \/>\nCe n'est pas correct !<br \/>\nSeule l'OCDE est d\u00e9terminante pour de telles mesures \u00e9ventuelles et les Seychelles ne figurent en aucun cas sur une telle \"liste noire\" de l'OCDE.<\/p>\n<p>Il ne s'agit donc que de jouer sur la peur et il n'existe aucun cas o\u00f9 une facture conforme mentionnant effectivement des biens ou des services provenant des Seychelles n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 accept\u00e9e par les autorit\u00e9s fiscales europ\u00e9ennes.<br \/>\nIl peut y avoir eu des cas individuels o\u00f9, par exemple, on a jou\u00e9 avec des calculs de prix exag\u00e9r\u00e9s, c'est-\u00e0-dire que des prix injustifi\u00e9s et cr\u00e9dibles pour des services ont \u00e9t\u00e9 indiqu\u00e9s sur des factures qui n'\u00e9taient pas logiques ou compatibles, comparables aux prix europ\u00e9ens, ce qui a conduit \u00e0 leur non-acceptation par les bureaux des imp\u00f4ts.<\/p>\n<p>Une facture conforme \u00e9mise aux Seychelles est d\u00e9ductible, peut \u00eatre import\u00e9e et utilis\u00e9e \u00e0 des fins fiscales sans aucun probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, ne vous laissez pas impressionner par les interpr\u00e9tations n\u00e9gatives d'une liste noire et ne vous dissuadez pas de vos projets.<br \/>\nEn particulier, l'ann\u00e9e 2020 a montr\u00e9 qu'il est bon et tr\u00e8s juste de s'installer le plus t\u00f4t possible \u00e0 l'international avec une IBC (International Business Company) des
