style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Dans le cadre d'un \u00e9ventuel renouvellement et d'une extension de la loi IBC de 2016, une nouvelle sous-section, de la section 152, exigeait que les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s enregistr\u00e9es aux Seychelles d\u00e9posent une liste des administrateurs. Ils avaient jusqu'au 1er d\u00e9cembre 2018 pour se mettre en conformit\u00e9.  Cette liste d'administrateurs serait alors accessible au public.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, une autre sous-section de la section 152 exigeait \u00e9galement un registre priv\u00e9, \u00e0 usage officiel uniquement, contenant une liste des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires effectifs. Le gouvernement des Seychelles n'a d'abord pas \u00e9t\u00e9 impressionn\u00e9 par les r\u00e9futations, soulignant qu'un registre public de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 des entreprises deviendrait rapidement une exigence r\u00e9glementaire dans toutes les juridictions du monde. Cependant, ce n'est pas encore le cas et seul un nombre limit\u00e9 de juridictions ont introduit cette mesure.<\/p>\n<p>Pour que les Seychelles continuent d'avoir un secteur financier offshore fort et sans restriction, sur lequel tous les fondateurs et propri\u00e9taires effectifs peuvent compter, il fallait emp\u00eacher ce changement. Le d\u00e9put\u00e9 \u00e0 l'Assembl\u00e9e nationale, M. Il s'agissait de continuer \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger la confidentialit\u00e9 des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s offshore enregistr\u00e9es aux Seychelles.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s internationales enregistr\u00e9es aux Seychelles sont toujours tenues par la loi de tenir un registre de leurs administrateurs, mais au si\u00e8ge social tout en d\u00e9posant une copie au registre.<\/p>\n<p>La mesure pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente selon laquelle les d\u00e9tails \u00e9taient disponibles pour l'inspection publique, dans le registre des directeurs, a \u00e9t\u00e9
