In addition, like all other Seychelles incorporation agencies, we will only file extracts of resolutions with the Registry which do not contain this information. All registries will definitely not be filed anywhere and will remain with us only.<\/p>\n<p>Details of directors and shareholders are therefore not publicly available. We keep all registers but do not archive them online or with any authority.  In most cases, we would therefore completely ignore any request and only provide\u00a0<strong>YOU<\/strong>\u00a0inform about a possible request.<\/p>\n<p>There is one exception. At the request of the Seychelles criminal authorities (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/offshore.sc\/en_us\/abbreviations\/\">FIU<\/a><\/strong>), we are legally obliged to provide all necessary information to the criminal authorities in the event of suspicion of criminal offences, - such as those relating to the financing of terrorism, arms trading and\/or related international money laundering. However, the criminal authorities are equally bound to absolute secrecy.
