style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>is a document often required by foreign authorities, organizations, banks and other financial institutions to verify the status of the Seychelles offshore company.<br \/>\nEven though one usually assumes a good status, i.e. a good standing, the following is precisely listed there:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Date of incorporation of the Seychelles Offshore Company<\/li>\n<li>Seychelles IBC registration number <a href=\"https:\/\/offshore.law\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Offshore<\/a> Society<\/li>\n<li>The above-named company has been duly incorporated under the International Business Companies Act, 2016.<\/li>\n<li>The name of the Company is still on the Register of International Business Companies and the Company has paid all fees, royalties and costs due and payable under the provisions of the IBC Act, 2016<\/li>\n<li>The company is not in liquidation or dissolution<\/li>\n<li>No proceedings have been instituted to remove the name of the company from the said register<\/li>\n<li>As far as can be ascertained from the documents filed with the Registrar of Companies, the Company is in good legal standing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Certificate of Good Standing is signed and authorised by the Seychelles Registry. It is used in legal transactions between countries.<\/p>\n<p>Further authentication, e.g. by a notary public, is not necessary because the Certificate of Good Standing bears a government seal and an official signature of a government official.<\/p>\n<p>Possibly also interesting, because requested just as often, is the <strong><a
